Mesh Beach Bag
Let's head to the beach with a cute new beach bag! Our staff will guide you through the process of making this summery perfect bag. It finishes at 12" x 13" and can be easily enlarged if desired.
Materials needed for the class:
Sewing machine with standard foot and 80/12 needle
You need to purchase the pattern
1 fat quarter of fabric for exterior
1/2 yard of fabric for interior and straps
~OR~
1 fat quarter of mesh (mesh usually comes in a package larger than a fat quarter)
1/2 yard of 20" wide Woven Fusible interfacing for the bag bottom and drawstring casing
Notions needed:
Coordinating thread
Rotary cutter with cutting mat
Bodkin or safety pin
Scissors
Clips or pins
Bias tape maker (optional)
